Found on Costa Rica Street in Palermo, this charming little restaurant glows under twinkling fairy lights, a perfect scene for a Sunday night meal. To celebrate my first week in Argentina, I had to find out if the steak really is all that… and let’s just say, it absolutely is!
Be sure to ask for the menú del día, and once we did, our night took a turn for the better. It felt like we were practically saving money!
We kicked things off with a classic empanada to start. For the main event, steak was a no-brainer and there were plenty of options, but we both went for ojo de bife, and I paired mine with a side of creamy dauphinois. To finish, we shared a chocotorta, another Argentinian must-try. Safe to say, we ticked all the cultural food boxes.
